Strategically located in the Emirate of Fujairah, United Arab Emirates, Fujairah Refinery Company Ltd (FRCL) is a cornerstone of the region’s energy infrastructure. Situated outside the sensitive Strait of Hormuz on the Gulf of Oman, our facility serves as a vital link in the global oil supply chain, providing critical refining and storage solutions to international markets.

Since commencing operations in 1996, FRCL has evolved into a world-class refining hub. Today, the refinery is owned by a consortium and a UAE-based investment group, continuing its legacy of excellence under a long-term vision for growth and operational stability.

Refining Capacity

We operate a refinery with a capacity of approximately 100,000 barrels per day (kbpd), specializing in the production of high-quality marine fuels and distillates.

Storage Infrastructure

Our onsite terminal features a massive storage capacity of over 1.6 million cubic meters (m³) across multiple tank farms.

Logistical Edge

With 11 dedicated jetties and the ability to accommodate vessels ranging from Aframax to Very Large Crude Carriers (VLCCs), we offer unparalleled connectivity to global trade routes.
